Abderrahman Kantos is currectly a Ph.D. student in the Communication Theory Lab (CTL) under the supervision of Professor Mohamed-Slim Alouini at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Education and Early Career Before beginning his doctoral studies, Abderrahman completed an internship at RTE (Réseau de Transport d’Électricité), working on quantum computing and the development of quantum algorithms. At École Polytechnique, he participated in the Projet Scientifique Collectif (PSC). His team ranked among the top 10 out of more than 100 teams, under the project title

This talk outlines a "quantum first" strategy for future supercomputers, integrating QPUs, GPUs, and CPUs to optimize energy efficiency and accelerate scientific computing while addressing the current challenges and projecting the maturation of quantum computing by leveraging classical supercomputing advancements.
